Amaltheia NM Fight

Divinite needs our help killing the Evil sheep NM Amaltheia. It drops a hide 100% of the time that is used to make a special piece of leather. He needs this leather to complete first stage of the Aegis upgrades. Date and time will be posted later, so if you are interested please reply.

I'd love to help; can we kill it twice? I would like to have the leather ready myself. If not, s'ok; I could use the experience fighting it either way ^^

It would be ideal to do a few runs for those who need this leather since its a difficult nm to kill. So bring out your relic shields!

Sure the fight doesn't seem like it would be too long if we had 18 people.

Only difficult thing with the fight is the 23 sheep and 2 rams that keep wandering up whenever they pop. Sheep are annoying, the 2 rams can be real problems.

The sheep will wander from their pops to the NM, and then link.

The rams will wander from their pops towards the NM, and aggro anything on the way.

When we killed soulessknight's NM, it was in the heyday of manaburning in Lufaise, and we kept mpking the blms cause the rams would wander out and aggro anything on the way - like resting blms. :)

Amaltheia is easily sleepable I'm told, allowing the alliance to sleep NM when a ram comes, kill the ram, then go back to amaltheia.

When popped, amaltheia should be pulled out to the low level orc and gigas areas to increase travel time for rams.

Ok, so I think it would be best if we did the fight a week later on the the 20th if possible to allow Taintedone to get a relic shield. The gather time would be about 5:30pst.
