I'm hoping the fix I just implemented will fix the issue. It seems to be an Apache error, related to security, related to one of the posts or attachments somewhere in forums tripping up the Apache security and locking people out of other forum functions. Since there is no way for me to track that post or attachment, I wnet...um...another route.
In any event, what I need to know now is whether it is fixed. If you experience any issues as such, like pages or replies to threads coming up as "Forbidden" or "No Access", please reply here that the fix didn't fix the problem. Thank you, and thanks for your patience.

Not fixed, still get the error when i click soemone's IP address in the "Who's Online" section
Not fixed yet :(
Go to Members List -> Page 2 and you will see the error.
(I had to rephrase my answer 3 different ways for it to go through, it seems that certain words/URLs trigger the error...)

I ran this further up the flag pole. My host recently removed my ability to mess with Apache itself, so I'm relying on the host and their time-table. I will tell you what they reply, and if/when they say it is fixed, I'll say.
Thanks, Sari!
I hope they can do something to fix it :).
P.S. (IF you needed a new host, I can offer hosting all of this for free! in a completely self-administered server, TX-based too! ;)).

Okay, they are asking for as many ways to repeat the errors as possible. I have given them the memberlist issue and the resolve IP issue. Where else does it appear? Posting new threads? Replying to threads? Opening an "infected" thread? All instances anyone can provide will help, specific instances that repeatedly give the error message are best.
Sari:
The most common thing in this error is RANDOMESS.
Sometimes I try to create a new thread, can't. IF I rephrase what I wrote, it sometimes work and sometimes does not.
Sometimes I try to reply a thread, same situation: I either get the 403 error and then try to rephrase what I wrote or the message goes through.
But seriously, it all seems a part of this:

(Hoping this message goes through "Submit Reply" button).

Ticket completed. I haven't found any more glitches. Please relate if you find anything else. Have fun!
(oh, and yeah, those were what I was already following. the htaccess fix didn't work, and we had to do another work-around. Thanks moq!)
Whoa! Does it work now?
*Happy*
Will let yo know if I find any glitch, but BIG THANKS to you, Sari!
I have posted and replied like mad now, and no error so far. I think I can safely assume they are gone for good.
