Captcha difficulties

The Forum Captcha system is built in to VB and can not be separated to be replaced, so i have turned it off until I can find a fix. There are other anti-spam and bot measures, and it seems Captcha was old enough not to be helping hinder them, so for now we're probably fine without it. I'll still look for a replacement.

In the meantime, please let anyone that tried to register and failed because Captcha was broken to please try again.
