A run was made about a week and a half ago for ZM4, using 3 parties. Two people in the alliance could not go into the fight and a couple of people left the party, so that 2 full groups got it down and Kaije got left out in the cold. After having gone all of the way down, everyone just left him there. Then, I tried to set up two follow up runs, and both of them were all set up and then people just didn't show, again leaving Kaije in the cold. At this point several parties and nights of sitting around waiting for people that said they were coming, I can understand his frustration. I am going to make another attempt to get him there, and I'd hate to have to make it an LS event, but if that's what we have to do to get someone to actually help him then I will. At this point he and I both feel quite a few people have let him down.

I normally love helping Kaije. I couldn't make it that one day because I had a mandatory overtime at work since people like to call in sick all the time.
I won't be playing anymore. You can feel free to ask my husband who may go on sometime. Sorry again... Rather than let people down, I think I'll stepped down from now on.
Have fun guys ^-^
This isn't the reason you are leaving is it Ailleen? Don't leave us!!!!! :sadsad:

That's not the idea I was trying to convey. More like I'm hoping the next attempt will be taken wholly and respectfully to help Kaije at all costs, because everyone should recognize that another go that falls apart like before would just be his last straw. I'm not pointing any fingers, just saying I need a Nephilim response to this.

Personally I'm disappointed in the manner in which Kaije decided he displayed his anger at Nephilim. I can understand your frustration, but bashing us in a sarcastic post isn't the way to resolve your problem.
Diligent and courteous members get where they need to go in this game. People who use guilt trips to try to get what they want just get people upset, and make them feel bad about themselves. In this particular situation, we've lost a good member Ailleen and this leaves me upset.
Please be more considerate when addressing Nephilim members, Kaije.

I agree with Eadrick. What happened to Kaije is unfortunate, unfair, fusterating, etc. However, that is no reson to leave an inflamatory post which made little to no sense until Sari explained it. It is also not the best way to approach things if you expect/want help in the future. Many people in the shell have done and redone ZMs multiple times for their fellow ls mates. Please be patient and considerate of others when posting in the future.
Just so you know, Ailleen (Jackie) didn't leave just because of Kaije.

Yup... I'll probably help with Promyvions just a few more times before I say goodbye to it forever lol. That is the epitome of people getting left behind and never getting help from the people that managed to make it through. As helpful as people can be, there's only so many times that someone can stomach going back and doing something all over again that which they already spent a lot of time and effort beating to death (or getting killed doing so).
So, looking for help on something that is "been there done that and totally sick of it" for lots of members, it's wise to tread lightly on getting your support for it and try not to force the issue.
I got all my AF, Windurst Rank 9, and all the Promyvions done without being in a big LS. I just did what everyone else did, either sought help from various people and strangers in Jeuno, or had invites from friends to join in. If the LS you're in is "not in the mood" as a whole for reasons described above, don't let that stop you from getting it done anyway. A certain measure of self-sufficience is not a bad quality by a long shot.
On that note, I STILL have never talked to you, Kaije -- I don't even know what level or job you are, or when you joined Neph. Maybe I'm not paying attention, maybe we just aren't hanging out together enough.

I know Vade : (
She left because so many of Us TaruTaru are so Evil!!!
I've been trying to get better, but it's a syndrome.
i hope that soon, ailleen will address the real reasons she stoped, i think they are important and should be discussed. I have know ailleen longer than i have known anyother individual in nephilim. I also agree with ailleens reasons, although i say no to helping easier that she does, she is such a wonderful person, maybe too nice at times, which makers her leaving even more upsetting. this post illustrates some of the things ailleen left over.
Please ailleen(if you stop by) tell them why you stopped, they need to know.
i agree with bane. though, i know i'll still be playing with duane. ;)
