Texas Storms blow in

Not sure if anyone might've thought I was exagerrating about the storms here. An associate here at work took a few pictures of the storms rolling in, and the pictures of lightning were taken by local TCC meteorology dept while studying the storms. All of these photos are about a week and a half old.

Woah... 1. Those are really cool pictures and 2. I would be so scared >< That last lightning bolt looked a little too close for comfort. Storms here are definately mild in comparison.

well i must consider myself lucky because here in British Columbia i dont think we've ever gotten any weather abnormality in the last 40 years, well except snow which we called the Blizzard of 98 which was the biggest snow fall ever here but other then that i havnt witnessed anything too dramatic, its good that yer okay Sari :thumup:

Wow, those lightning pictures look awesome, but I don't think I'd want them that close to me....
I live in Texas but we didn't get anything near that bad. Some heavy storms for a few days but that's about it.

Man there was some freaky lighting like that tonight here. Most of the time by where Takk, Vade, Sai, etc, live we just get lots of rain. But i've seen alot of other cool stuff like that in Houston.
