I'm on 5-1.

im on 5-2 as well hehe we should have a night to do 5-1 and 5-2 both since their both in the northlands region and we could just do 1 and do second, im nearing 60 so gonna try to get shadowlord killed sometime, heard there was a cool cutscene after killing the shadowlord ;)

Me be on 5-2, and I was putting Missions aside until I hit level 60 or near it. Honestly I will spend a little more time farming, I need 200k for equipment at level 52, and the rest of my time will be devoted to gaining exp. I have chosen to set aside AFs until either everyone is bored and figures they have nothing better to do than help me with it, or until I get to level 70 or so and can solo most. In the meantime I'm about 500 tnl level 52 and I will only be stopping exp grinding to make ammo.

That is to say, I'm putting BST back on hold.

For people who might feel that FFXI is getting a little stale, the mission cutscenes will really put some excitement back into the game. Once you have finished rank 6, and see that first Zilart cutscene you'll be like "Wow!!!". I do not know one person who were disappointed by either one.

i was actually of thinking of doing some of my missions/questings tomorow so if theres anybody on around that time to get together some ppl for Shadowlord sometime tomorow afternoon/evening that would be cool, can poke around the LS around then if anyone wants to do it.. im a bit behind on my questing so need to get caught up ;)

Yeah that cutscene u see in norg after 5-2 is friggin awsome.
I'm up to help kill the shadowlord with ppl. I know the way pretty well. Just /tell me when u guys are rdy to go. *oh* recommended lvl of 60 for this fight, but i think we could probably make some exceptions depending the lvls of other characters in the party.

I'm on 4-1, and I would love to get rank 5 and the airship pass...can anyone help me out?

This has been sittiing in my mind recently. We have maybe half a dozen members at Rank 4, and honestly you could wait til the end of time to do anything past rank 5, but Not being Rank 5 does so impede your progress. Therefore, if all of the Rank 4s can come together so we can get it done in one swoop, then it shouldn't be too hard for me to do or arrange Rank 5. It doing it one at a time for each person that needs it that is very difficult.
