Respect (e.g. The Most Important Rule in MegaBoss):
MegaBoss members are to respect each other and display courtesy during a run at all times. If any cause for an argument arises, members are to report their grievances to their run leader immediately. Members are not to argue during a run. In cases of extreme offense, grievances are to be taken to the shell leader.

Never is there to be argument in Linkshell chat. If there is cause for argument, it is to be in tells, or settled by a leader. Never take argument or offensive matters into your own hands.

Showing disrespect or arguing during a run are both considered offensive actions. The first occurrence will result in a warning to both parties, regardless of who is at fault. Second offense will result in a run or lotting probation, regardless of who is at fault. Third offense will result in a break pearl, regardless of who is at fault. Arguing and insulting others while wearing a MegaBoss pearl will not be tolerated. Be warned in cases of extreme offense, warnings may not be given before probation or break pearl.

New Members:
No person may be recruited without the Shell leader's approval. Command Leaders recruit members as proxy to the Shell Holder. Anyone recruited without leader approval will be broken, and the sackholder that pearled the person may have sack status removed.

People wanting recruitment are suggested to speak to Shell leader, or a Command Leader, but not antagonize. Badgering and nagging will cause the recruit to be ignored. In the event of the Shell leader's absence, recruitment is deferred to the appropriate Group Leader.

New Members must register in linkshell forums.

New Members must attend 3 runs and maintain attendance minimums and post a MEMBER thread (http://www.nephilim-x.com/forum/forumdisplay.php?f=40) before beginning to lot Artifact Armor. A new member must attend at least one run before being allowed to lot on HundredCoin. New members may lot on Free Lot Artifact according to their level. i.e. New members can not set any comment at all on first run, but can set to Coin comment second and third run, and Artifact Armor forth run or beyond, assuming a Member Thread (http://www.nephilim-x.com/forum/forumdisplay.php?f=40) has been posted and attendance minimums are met.

Run Basic Strategies:
-Turn /autotarget off.
-Do Not Use Area of Effect Damage Spells or Weaponskills unless instructed to do so. Do not use Damage Over Time (Dia, Bio, Requiem, Poison, etc) spells or abilities unless expressly instructed to do so.
-Never set to Follow.
-If you must go AFK, notify your alliance leader, get an acknowledgement you will be AFK. Then go AFK in a safe place. Excessive AFKs are severely frowned upon, and depending on the long duration or excessive number of AFKs, the player may be penalized or removed from a run.
-When a WIPE is called, find the nearest mob and suicide yourself. Do NOT run away from the group. Do NOT prolong the battle or the mob's return to home location.
-The run leader is to be expressly obeyed. If they give you an order or direction, assume you must comply or there will be dire penalties.
-If told to "get up fast" after a death, the goal is to comply. Take any Raise you can get and start resting fast. Do not refuse a Raise insistent on getting a Raise III. If the possibility of receiving a Raise I is unacceptable, then the member is encouraged to have a Re-Raise item and have supplied their own Raise.
-Make extra effort to bring items needed for a run. This may include Poison Potions, Icarus Wing, Sleeping Potion, Opo-Opo Necklace, Echo Drops, Re-Raise Items, Flee Boots, Food, HP Potions, or Ethers

All Dynamis are currently being paid 100%.

Retiring:
Members will be retired from the shell after missing ten consecutive runs unless cleared for an extended leave. Only Shellholder can clear an extended leave, or by Command Leader as proxy to the Shellholder, and always the LotGuard must be notified of such a leave. Otherwise, when attendance reaches 0% for the last 10 runs or 20% or below for the whole of the person's time as a member, they will retire from being an active member of the shell. Members may also be retired from excessively long leaves.

Individuals returning from being retired are subject to lotting penalties.

Absences:
Any request for an excused absence must be cleared by LotGuard. An absence will not be excused until cleared by LotGuard. You are still required to post, even if you have received approval from LotGuard

The attendance taken is based on going in, and the person must have the pearl equipped at that time. If a member was late or was not wearing their pearl at the time of attendance, then they will not be counted.

If you are late, it is your responsibility to send LotGuard a tell to add you to attendance. Please note: If you do not notify LotGuard when you arrive late, you *will* be marked absent, and it will affect all attendance sheets. ATTENDANCE WILL NOT BE FIXED AFTER A RUN. Also, please note that even if you clear an absence with LotGuard, you must still send a notice, e-mail, PM, or tell to the LotGuard, or you will still be absent unexcused.

Excused Leave:
If you are unable to attend specifically Weekday or Weekend runs, then Weekdays or Weekends must be excused from your attendance by Shell Leader and notified to LotGuard or they will be counted unexcused.

If you are going to be absent for an excessive amount of time and wish to go on temporary leave, the leave must be excused from your attendance by Shell Leader and notified to LotGuard or they will be counted unexcused.

Depending on the terms of the leave, duration of the leave, and whether or not excused permission was given, individuals returning from a leave may still be penalized on lotting rights. The Standard Penalty is either no penalty for a short or unarguably forgiven reason, a 3 run penalty for an excessive leave for good or excused reason, and a 5 run penalty for an unexcused leave or inexcusable reason.

Disregards:
If a member is seen online and playing during the beginning and end of Dynamis but had not attended the run, it will be counted as an unexcused absence, called a "Disregard". After 3 such absences, a person will be removed from the shell.

Tardiness:

If you are more than 5 minutes late for LotGuard, you will not be able to set a comment. If you are more than 30 minutes late for the start of the run, then you will not be able to attend.

Regardless if special exceptions are made for those late but needing the win, no exceptions will be made to allow a late person to set their comment.

Lotting Rights:
You must maintain 50% attendance for last ten runs (or divide by 2 if you have clearance for weekday runs) in order to lot Artifact Armor or HundredCoin.

You must create a "Member Thread (http://www.nephilim-x.com/forum/forumdisplay.php?f=40)" in forums declaring Main Job, Areas you can access, Artifact Armors already acquired, and other helpful information. An individual will not be allowed to lot Artifact Armor without declaring a Main Job.

There must be ZERO main job lotters on an item in order for a person to lot such an artifact for their secondary job. A Secondary Job may be commented, but can not be lotted unless there are no more Main Job Lotters in need of the artifact.

Hydra Gear belongs to no group, if you have a job that can equip it, you can comment it.

You must maintain 80% attendance for the whole of your time as a member to lot Dynamis Lord drops. Dynamis Lord drops are also tiered by LS role: LS main tank at 80% attendance gets priority 1, followed by LS Puller and NIN tanks at 80% attendance gets priority 2, followed by any job at 80% attendance gets priority 3. Tank Leader alone decides priority for Shadow Mantle. Puller Leader alone decides priority for Shadow Ring. This can only be overruled by Shell Leader.

If you do not attend those minimums, then you can not lot the items even they are free lot.

If you have not been a member long enough to include ten runs, then you must maintain 50% attendance to the number of runs since joining to lot Artifacts, and can not lot Dynamis Lord items until you reach fifty runs total.

Your eligibility to lot is based on your attendance before the run. If you are ineligible to AF lot while attendance is being taken, you will not be allowed to lot AF that run.

You may only receive 1 artifact armor or HundredCoin item per run, exception noted for Lock Items. You may not lot on a Free Lot Item if you have already received an item during a run. You may lot "Free Lot No Restriction" items regardless of job, comment, attendance, or having won a lot item during the run.
You can not main comment/secondary comment/Free Lot lv70+/Free Lot lv65+/Free Lot Lv60+/Free Lot Lv55+/Free Lot LV50+: Any relic armor that you previously owned that was either upgraded or tossed.

If an armor piece is needed for relic armor storage, the only way to win is to win the "Free Lot No Restrictions". Alternatively, if you have upgraded a piece of AF, you can petition a special call of "Free Lot Upgraded for Storage". Only if LotGuard allows will this special call be made, otherwise you are still restricted to "Free Lot No Restriction".

Setting Comment:
First, your comment should be set pretty much the moment you equip your pearl, definitely before and during LotGuard (attendance), and reset any time you disconnect or mule.

Some people ask what color dot to use. It really doesn't matter because it's the comment we read, not your dot color.

Your Main Comment:
Artifact Armor You can set to Job AF only if you have 50% attendance for the last 10 runs. If you do not have 50% attendance, then you can not comment Artifact Armors. If you have less than 50%, then you can not even lot "Free Lot" armors (this applies to new members also). If you have less than 50% attendance, then you can only lot Artifact Armor if it goes "Free Lot, No Restriction".
If this is one of your first 3 runs, you can not comment artifact armor. If the armor you want goes "Free Lot" or "Free Lot, No Restriction", you can lot it, but on your first three runs you can not comment lots. Attendance minimum above takes precedence.
For your Main job, when you first join you must be 65+ (suggested to be 70+), and your main job should be your most often used job. Later on, you may be able to "change" your main job, but later on you may have to level the new job to 70+ before it can be changed to your main. You may only change your Main Job once every fifty (50) runs. Note that you must clear a job change with LotGuard and with the Command Leader for both the job you leave and the job you change to.

For a Secondary job, you must be of level to use the Artifact, AND there must be ZERO people lotting that AF for their MAIN job. If there is even one person lotting that Artifact for their MAIN job, you CAN NOT LOT THAT ARTIFACT until they have attained it, left the run, or become ineligible to lot (by winning some other piece for example).

Your Primary Comment is your Primary Job is your Main Job. If you already have that piece, or don't want that piece, or there is no piece for your Main Job in that zone, your Primary Comment is HundredCoin or nothing at all.

Your Secondary Comment is the piece you WANT to lot if you do not want the Primary Job piece or HundredCoin. Your Secondary comment can be armor for a Secondary Job, or can be HundredCoin if you DO NOT want the AF for your Primary Job. NOTE: When you are given permission to set comment to a Secondary Comment, you must DELETE your Primary Comment and reset your Secondary Comment as your ONLY Comment.

So a Primary Secondary Lot might read:
Primary WAR
---------------
Secondary BLM

This does NOT mean you get to lot BOTH WAR AF and BLM AF, it means you want to lot BLM, but if you can't, you are going to lot WAR which is your main job. NOT BOTH. If you win WAR AF, you WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO LOT BLM. If you are allowed to lot BLM, you must delete WAR AF from your comment, you WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO LOT WAR AF.

So a Primary Secondary Lot might read:
Primary 100Coin
---------------
Secondary BLM

This does NOT mean you get to lot BOTH BLM AF and 100Coin, it means you want to lot BLM, but if you can't, you are going to lot 100Coin. NOT BOTH. If you win a 100Coin, you WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO LOT BLM. If you are allowed to lot BLM, you must delete 100Coin from your comment, you WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO LOT 100COIN.

So a Primary Secondary Lot might read:
Primary WAR
---------------
Secondary 100Coin

This does NOT mean you get to lot BOTH WAR AF and 100Coin, it means you want to lot 100Coin. DELETE WAR AF FROM YOUR COMMENT.

Free Lot - Free Lot is Tiered. If there is no one lotting BST AF, then BST will first go to Free Lot. It will start out usually as Free Lot BST7#+. This means if you have Beast Master leveled to up to the level to already wear it or higher, you can lot for it. However, if you lot it and WIN, your Comment is changed to BST. Regardless of what your comment was set to before, once you win a Free Lot, then that AF becomes your new comment, and you can no longer lot anything else (Note: exception for Locks). Tiered lot will drop in 5 level increments, usually:
1st Call - Free Lot AF-1 Level 7#+ (free lot of level to wear)
2nd Call - Free Lot AF-1 Level 70+
3rd Call - Free Lot AF Previously UPGRADED (Note, only those that have proof of upgrading their AF can lot in this tier, and this tier will ONLY be announced if you advise LotGuard before the run you wish a specific piece you had already upgraded.)
4th Call - Free Lot AF-1 Level 65+
5th Call - Free lot No Restriction
Free Lot, No Restriction - You can lot any AF that becomes Free Lot, No Restriction regardless of your level or comment. Even if you win a Free Lot, No Restriction, nothing changes. If your comment was coin or some other job AF, you can still lot those, too. Free Lot No Restriction is pretty much defined as a piece of Artifact no one would really use anytime soon, so anyone can lot that wants it.

Your Main Comment:
100 Coin You can set to 100Coin only if you have 50% attendance for the last 10 runs. Less than 50% attendance means you rarely come to a run, and have shown no real commitment. Below 50%, you can not comment anything at all.
If this is your first run, you can not Comment 100Coin. If this is your first run, you can not lot HundredCoin.
If you win a coin, you must attend three runs before you are allowed to lot Coin again. This does NOT count the run you win the Coin on, and this does NOT count any run where you are excused from attending. If you are cleared not to attend on weekdays, then it might actually be 6 runs before you can lot Coin again. If you are sick or out of town or any other number of excused absences, then you must wait that much longer to lot Coin. You must -attend- 3 runs and are not eligible to lot 100Coin until the 4th run.

So if you can't lot 100Coin and can't lot Artifact, does this mean you can not Lot? Essentially, yes. As unfortunate as it may be to attend Dynamis and not get to lot on something, it can happen. It's a matter of fairness to everyone. You should want people lotting their primary job to get better equipped, and you should want to share the wealth if you have already gotten a coin recently. Or instead, if you can not lot because your attendance is too low, then your concern should be in doing more to commit to the linkshell, not so focused on getting something for yourself without giving anything back.

Your Main Comment:
Dynamis Lord Items Dynamis Lord Items can only be set according to a stringent order. These items are ultra-rare, and WILL be kept inside the shell where they will do the most good, and WILL be put in the hands where they will be most effective for the linkshell.
In order to lot Dynamis Lord Items, your Attendance must be 80% OVERALL attendance. That is not attendance for the last ten runs. That is attendance for your entire time as a member. If you have dry spells and decide to go weeks or months at a time without attending, you might very well find yourself unable to lot Dynamis Lord Items. Also keep in mind that the longer you are a member, the harder it becomes to make up absences. Each attendance becomes worth less and less, and pulling yourself back above 80% can become a feat.
Main Call Paladins get priority on Shadow Mantle. These Paladins most often have the agro and hate of the mobs in Dynamis, hence these items are most effective on them. Shadow Mantle has a chance to cancel physical attacks, so we want a Shadow Mantle on the person that can hold the hate and absorb ‘Hundred Fists’ and ‘Eagle Eye Shot’. Tank Leader solely decides priority for Shadow Mantle.
There is a little more leeway on the Shadow Ring, but still the common sense prevails. Tanks might very well make good use of a Shadow Ring, but there are a few other positions that can profit as well. Main Pullers for instance frequently get hit with hard and powerful spells which can make pulling very difficult. Ninjas as tanks sometimes hold hate off of lighter and slower hitting but spell-casting mobs while the alliance is busy with other mobs. It will be up to the run leader to designate the most opportune people to lot for a Shadow Ring, but of course the 80% attendance rule still applies. Puller Leader decides priority for Shadow Ring.

Resource Items can not currently be lotted.

Your Main Comment:
Promathia Zones
In Promathia zones, such as Buburimu, Qufim, and Valkurm, and Tavnazia the lotting rules are a little more open. Given that the length of a run is severely shortened and the quality of drop items is conditional, we implement slightly different rules here.

- Beastmen Primary: Items that only drop off of beastmen mobs(Head, Body, Hands, Legs, Feet)
- Nightmare Primary: Items that only drop off of Nightmare mobs(Acc, Head-1, Body-1, Hands-1, Legs-1, Feet-1).

You will be permitted to have an additional Main Job for Promathia Zones. This will be your Nightmare Main Job. Your Nightmare Main Job can be the same as your Zilart Main Job, but it doesn't have to be. However, in order to have a different Nightmare Job than Zilart Job, you must be level 75 in the job you want your Nightmare Job to be, and you must have 5/5 Zilart (NQ) AF.

First Note - You can set *2* Comments. Essentially you can set your Comment to Artifact and Coin, or Artifact Accessory and Artifact-1, or any other combination. With the same rules above for Primary/Secondary and Zilart/Nightmare Main Job - One might even be allowed to set a Comment for 2 separate jobs. The general idea is given the very limited number of drops, there needed to be more liberalism making comments for desired items. However, please note you can still *only* win 1 item per run (not counting FLNR items or the noted exception for Locks).

Second Note – Regarding 100Coin. It is reported that as many as four (4) 100Coins may drop from the MegaBoss of a Promathia Zone. Keep this in mind when decided whether to or not set 100Coin as a comment.

Third Note - Artifact Accessory and Artifact-1 Pieces drop off of Nightmare Mobs only. In addition, it is believed certain jobs' Artifact Accessory and -1 pieces drop off of only certain and specific Nightmare Mobs. Also keep this in mind, because if the mobs that drop the job you are looking for aren't going to be fought, it might be a waste to set a comment to these items. In addition, in some zones such as Buburimu, Nightmare Mobs do not even appear until after the MegaBoss for the zone is defeated, making the likeliness of getting those items so much less.

Fourth Note - Artifact Armors only drop off of Beastmen Mobs, and even then only off the specific Job. For example, WHM Artifact can only drop off of WHM Mobs, such as Vanguard (Yagudo) Priests and Vanguard (Goblin) Welldiggers. Keep this in mind because the strategy for a zone may not include killing Beastmen Mobs to a specific job and farming is usually geared towards Nightmare Mobs where possible.

Fifth Note - The Free lot Tiers are different for Artifact-1 than it is for Artifact. Because it is all level 75 AF and because it involves upgrading a piece already in possession, the Free lot Tiers are raised higher. As this:
1st Call - Free Lot AF-1 Level 75 WITH AF in possession
2nd Call - Free Lot AF-1 Level 75 without AF in possession
3rd Call - Free Lot AF-1 Level 70+ WITH AF in possession
4th Call - Free Lot AF-1 Level 70+ without AF in possession
5th Call - Free lot No Restriction

Lost Artifacts:
If an individual loses AF due to time out of hourglass or disconnect or etc similar situations out of their control, then the next time that particular AF drops, it will automatically go to the person that lost it. It has to be that exact Artifact, but where it drops is inconsequential.

If for instance Someone was to have won Cleric's Cap from San d'Oria, but it was lost because time ran out, then the next Cleric's Cap that drops will go to that person, regardless of whether it drops again on another San d'Oria run, or if it drops in Buburimu. If Scout's Beret was lost because of time on hourglass, then the next Scout's Beret will go to that person regardless if it drops in a repeated Jeuno, or if it dropped in Qufim.

The restriction on this is that it does not apply to any AF won on Free Lot No Restriction. It will only apply to people having won the lot for a piece of Artifact they can currently use. (i.e. for primary jobs or secondary jobs of level to wear it at the time they -won- the AF)

Synthesis Items:
You may not lot Dynamis Resources, such as Lancewood Log, Relic Iron, or Wootz Ore as an example.

Currency:
You may not lot Single Currency, such as T.Whiteshells, O.Bronzepieces, or 1 Byne Bills.

You can set to 100Coin only if you have 50% attendance for the last 10 runs. You may only receive Hundredcoin once every 3 runs attended. You must attend 3 runs, and are not eligible to lot HundredCoin until the 4th run attended.

Sponsored Runs:
A sponsored run will allow the individual to pay for the Hourglass, and as a consequence, collect all single coins from the run. This will not include 100Coins, only single currency. This will not affect lotting rules for Artifact in any way.

First restriction, the individual must be on Stage 4 Relic. The person will not be able to ask to sponsor a run before reaching Stage 4. This does not mean that the individual has the Coins and Materials on hand to make a Stage 4 Relic, but that the person must actually posses a relic already upgraded to Stage 4.

Second restriction, there can be a maximum of 3 sponsored runs by a person ever. If the individual does not need all 3 runs to complete their relic, then they can not use the rest just to make up money. Even if the individual uses all 3 runs allowed and still does not have the number of coins needed to finish Stage 5, they will not be allowed any more sponsored runs.

Third Restriction, The bank must be in the positive enough to accommodate the loss of the city run, and the sponsored run must be scheduled purposefully for a sponsored run. If the bank is indebted and can not afford a city run coin loss, then the individual can not take the city. A run can not spontaneously be turned into a sponsored run; it must be planned in advance.

Fourth Restriction, the individual must have attended a minimum of 50 runs and maintain Dynamis Lord Attendance (currently 80% attendance overall). Individual can not just come to the shell for a sponsored run and expect to whelch off the shell. Individuals must put in time and effort into helping the shell to deserve our support.

--------------------------------------------------

Selling coins bought or won in this way is as always, a breakpearl offense.

Experience Scrolls:
You may not lot Experience Scrolls, such as Schultz's Stratagems or Ginuva's Theories, unless specifically told to do so. You may only receive one Experience Scroll per Run unless specifically told otherwise.

A member is NOT to use any Experience Scroll until after the run is completed.

50 Lot Rule and the 100 Run Grandfather Rule:
Any member obtaining at least 50 runs with the LS (referred to as "Age") may claim a AF piece of his/her job and gain priority on the lot, given they still fall under basic AF2 lotting rules.

A member with a 50 Lot Lock, in the lead with Age by 15 runs or more, may not be contested.

If the lead by Age is less than 15 runs, then any member Locked on the same item within those 15 runs may still contest the lead lock, up to five competitors for the Locked Item. If you do not have the item locked, or are not within 15 runs of the leader lock, or there are already 5 competitors for the same locked item all with Age greater than yours, you can not lot.

HundredCoin may be Locked as the 50 Lot Item under two conditions - One that your Main Job is BLU, COR, or PUP, or Two that you are upgrading Relic Weapons or Armor as per the Upgrading Rules of the Linkshell. To Lock Coin, you must select the TYPE of coin you are Locking, either 100 Byne Bill, or Montiont Silverpiece, or Lungo-Nango Jadeshell. Last, once winning the Locked Coin, the three run penalty before you can lot 100 Coin still applies.

After winning a "50 Lot Item", your age is reset to zero.

Once a member's lock grows to 100runs (takes about 1year, assuming going to 2 runs a week and no absences), that member runs is reset to 0 and can begin to start for a new 50lock, and they obtain a "grandfather lock". Although their runs reset for the purpose of counting towards a new item, their lock for the old item remains in place until they have obtained it.

A "Grandfather Lock" takes priority over other locks, and are treated as "First come, first serve", example:

-----------
Member A gets a grandfather lock on THF AF2
Sometime later, Member B gets a grandfather lock on THF AF2.
Member C has a 90lock on THF AF2

THF AF2 drops: Only member A lots, his grandfather lock was obtained before member B, meaning he's been waiting longer for it. Member A's grandfather lock takes priority over Member C's normal lock.

Using this rule, it is possible for a person to have more than one lock. As rare as it is, if it does happen that a person has two locks and both are available in the same zone, then the person may set comment to both locked items.

Any member who has already won an AF or locked 100coin in a run shall still be permitted to lot a Locked item listed in their comment. This applies to a situation where a person won a Free lot Item, where they are still able to lot their Lock Item if it drops. This also applies to COP zones where a person might have two comments and already won one commented piece. However, the Lock Item must be in the person's comment.

New Dynamis-Tavnazia Rules

-Anyone who is on the "alternate" signup list and is not able to attend will automatically be signed up for the next Tav run they CAN attend
This is to make sure that everyone that wishes to go on a tav runs has the chance to do so, and is not constantly left out due not being able to sign up quickly.

Locks in Dynamis Tav

-Anyone with a TAV-ONLY lock may attend ALL Tav runs
-Since space is limited, this will not apply to locks in Bea/Xarc.

-If you have a TAV-ONLY lock, you may choose to always be automatically signed up for either one or both Tav runs.

-Only 5 people are allowed to have TAV-ONLY locks at any one time
-In addition to this restriction, a person may only have one Tav lock at any time
This is to prevent Tav from becoming "overfilled" with people with locks. If this ever becomes an issue where we have 5 people with locks in Tav and more wanting to lock items, a line/queue will be set up for people who are willing to wait to lock a Tav item. As soon as a lock is cleared in Tav, the first person in the line/queue will have their lock accepted.

-For every "Extra" Tav run a person with a lock attends, they will be forced to miss a run after they obtain their lock
-----------------
Example: We schedule 4 Tav runs, two of these runs I would normally get to attend, the remaining two I would normally miss, but get to go anyway since I have a lock, so that counts as two "extra" runs on my record. Lets say I obtain my Lock on the 4th run.

We now schedule 6 Tav runs. Three of these runs I would normally be allowed to attend, and the other 3 i would have to miss. However, since I have 2 "extra" runs on my record, I am only allowed to attend 1 run. From this point forward, my record is balanced and I attend/signup normally.

This is to make sure that the availability of Tav to everyone is the same in the long run.

----------------------------

-People with locks that choose to attend BOTH runs, may not comment or lot ANYTHING(including FLNR), except for their locks.
- People who choose to only attend 1 run per set will not have this restriction
The reasoning behind this is that someone who gets to attend all tav runs gets much to much opportunity to lootwhore. For example, for basically every Tav run I've been on, I could have gotten an item every run at FL50+, and could probably continue to do so very often. This rule would prevent over-lewtwhoring and help spread the wealth around to other members. It would also prevent people from locking an item in Tav with the intent of obtaining an abundance of items from their second comment or items that go FL since they would have extra opportunities to obtain then by attending both Tavs, and having less competition.

In short, people with locks that go to Tav go their to clear their locks, not to loot Tav.

Constructiveness:
At all times in Dynamis, you should conduct yourself as constructively and helpfully as possible.

This includes wearing armor and using weapons most appropriate for job and level. Dynamis is not a place to "skill-up". Dynamis is not a place to show off a fancy subligar. Dynamis is not a place to play around and traipse around nude.

Try to maintain yourself by the traditionally required role of your job. Mages should refrain from melee attacking and concentrate on using magic. Melees should concentrate on doing damage and try to let the tanks keep hate and shield damage.

Ending a Run/Ten Minute Warning and Beyond:
No one is to go AFK after 10 Minute Warning. If you must go AFK, you are to drop glass.

As a general rule of Thumb, Open Lot will be called at 3 Minute Warning.

If you are dead, unable to be raised, and/or for some reason unable to lot after the three minute warning, you are requested to force d/c.

If you are responsible for losing AF and/or Coins because of AFK or because you refused to force d/c, it will be severely frowned upon.

The Severity of Intent or the Repeat of Infraction against this may warrant disciplinary action.

Multi-Pearls:
You may not hold the MegaBoss pearl and another Dynamis linkpearl. If you are acknowledged to attend another Dynamis linkshell's run, your MegaBoss pearl will be broken.

If allowed to return to the MegaBoss linkshell after being dismissed for leaving for another Dynamis, then the penalty for rejoining is as the linkshell leader decides. Penalties may include a right to lot penalty for a number of runs, added responsibilities to prove loyalty to the intent, and possible reduction or reset of "50 Lot Age". Any penalties made are a condition precedent to return and will not be negotiated.

Relics:

All Relic Weapons in all zones are all Free Lot No Restriction.

Gil Collecting:
When Applicable: Money for an hourglass is collected before the run. After forming parties, the cost of the run is paid to the party leader; from the party leader to the Alliance Leader; from the Alliance Leader to the Glassholder.

Hourglasses are handed out in reverse order. Only ever give a glass to an individual that paid you for the run. It is a bootable offense to give a glass to a person that has not paid or to a person that does not have permission or right to attend.

Coin Runs:
MegaBoss Leaders will collect all single coins dropped on each run. These coins will be sold to members of the shell (at a cost of currently 3,000 gil per coin), which will pay the cost of a run. These coins will be sold only to members working on upgrading their relic weapons or armor, and an individual must post a Relic Upgrade Post in the Relic Weapon Thread in order to be considered as a purchaser. Opportunity to buy coins will be evenly distributed among interested purchasers after each run coins are collected.

Anyone purchasing coins for the purposes of upgrading relics can not sell that currency away. If caught, the individual will be removed from the linkshell. The purpose of buying coins is for linkshell members only, and only for the purpose of upgrading their relic weapons.

WHM Leader is designated to control the Coin Runs and the status of the Bank.

In all circumstances and to the best of the ability, Coins from a run are sold only to Linkshell Members, and usually at a reduced cost of Market Value. However, when the bank takes a hit due to poor planning or bad funding, a number of coins will be sold at current market value to make the difference. To the best of the bank's and the schedule planner’s ability, the Bank should maintain a sum of 1 million, being the costs incurred from (2 hourglass at 500,000 = 1,000,000).

If the bank becomes too large a deficient to make up this amount, coins will be sold at current market value. Linkshell Members always get first chance to buy these coins, but they will be sold at Market Value Price. If however the Members do not wish to or can not afford the steeper price, this number of coins and this number of coins only may be sold outside the linkshell at Market Price.

The number of people buying coins or the number of coins they can afford may occasional dip below the number of coins received from a run. In the event of Surplus Coins, surplus coins may be sold by the bank outside the Linkshell for Market Price, but additional funds add to bank total. If this causes a surplus in the bank above the 1.5 million mark, the schedule maker will adjust the schedule to allow for surplus Northlands and CoP runs to deplete the surplus funds in the bank.

Note must be made that for any job change, whether Main Job (Zilart) or Main Job (Nightmare), you must clear the job change with both the Command Leader you are coming from, going to, and also with LotGuard. Leaders need to know when Lotting and Attendance changes.
