Just for everyone's information if you haven't bothered checking anywhere else.

There are currently 3 known egg combinations

The first is the "First three" combination. This is trading the Moogle the letter eggs matching the first 3 letters of your name. For me that would be "S" egg "A" egg "R" egg, or for Daevik would be "D" egg "A" egg "E" egg, etc. This has to be done first before you can turn in the other two combinations. The reward for "First Three" combo is chocobo tickets, colored candies, and colored drops. Chocobo tickets can be redeemed for a ride, each of the candies has a special effect, such as the Dark Candy performs warp, and the Colored drops can be used in placed of water in a bolied egg synth to make colored eggs. The colored drops are Rare, meaning you can only have one color drop at a time. There are a total of 8 colors of drops and 8 colors of candy.

The second combo is the "Happy Combo". This is trading the Moogle the letter eggs matching the first letter in your name and working up the alphabet seven times, for a total of eight eggs. For me that would be "S" egg "T" egg "U" egg "V" egg "W" egg "X" egg "Y" egg "Z" egg, or for Juell would be "J" egg "K" egg "" egg "L" egg "" egg "M" egg "N" egg "O" egg, etc. The reward for this is a Happy Egg, Rare Ex Range Weapon, 1 dmg, +1%HP +1 Vit. Because this is a Rare Ex, it should only be done once. If you perform this combo a second time while having an egg, the moogle takes the eggs but gives you nothing in return. Caution, this egg, when equipped, can be thrown, be careful not to lose it. Perfect for those classes such as Dragoon that can't have ranged weapons. Alternately, the Japanese have determined Happy egg has a hidden negative enmity.

The third combination in the "Lucky Combo". This is trading the Moogle seven of the same letter. For me, that can be 7 "B" eggs or 7 "L" eggs or 7 "X" eggs, etc etc etc. The reward for this is a Lucky Egg, Rare Ex Range Weapon, 1 dmg, +1%MP +1 Vit. Because this is a Rare Ex, it should only be done once. If you perform this combo a second time while having an egg, the moogle takes the eggs but gives you nothing in return. Caution, this egg, when equipped, can be thrown, be careful not to lose it. Perfect for those classes such as Black Mage that can't have ranged weapons. Alternately, the Japanese have determined the Lucky egg has a hidden Treasure Hunter ability. For a class that has no T-hunter, it would act as T-Hunter 1, for a level 45 thf and beyond this would be the eqivalent of a T-Hunter 3. The effects last 1 hour.

The moogle will give you one egg per game day. In addition, you can also Harvest or Mine an additional one egg per game day. In addition, you can trade a stack of eggs to the moogles for an additional one egg per game day. In total, you can gain 3 eggs per game day. Eggs can be sold in the bazaar or traded, but not sent in the mail or auctioned.

I will be collected eggs on my mules, after attaining one of the Happy and one Lucky egg, I will happily give the extras eggs to anyone that is interested in them. Message me when I'm around if interested in trades.

And for those curious about the effects of the drops:

They are all foods, where the buff adds for 15 minutes but the full from food effect lasts one hour. That means if you eat a drop, you can't eat anything else for an hour even though you lose the buff in 15 minutes. All except for the black which case you can't eat anything for an hour, even though the warp effect is only instantaneous.

Red = +5 STR
Yellow = +5 VIT
Green = +5 AGI
Purple = +5 DEX
Blue = +5 MND
Clear = +5 INT
White = +5 CHR
Black = Instant Warp
