Ice trousers

In my quest to create the ultimate 50 cap pld, the update seems to have given me a choice of pants.

lv 48 ice trousers, enchantment: ice spikes.

I've seen a couple pairs of these on the AH, but they've been up for 60k. Does anyone have the ability to craft these, and if so, is there a way i can get a discount by farming the items used to make them?
