Ok, it's time. I am calling an Emergency Tier 1 Meeting.
Attendance is MANDATORY for all Tier 1 Members, and open to all members who believe they qualify for Tier 1 or are close to meeting Tier 1 requirements. (If you are not sure what Tier 1 requirements are, check out the Tier 1 FAQ thread on this forum). If you cannot make it, please send a representative to speak for you in your place, but please note that your rep will not be able to vote on issues that come up.
The meeting with be this SUNDAY, 2:00 p.m. P.D.T. (3:00 M.D.T., 4:00 C.D.T., 5:00 E.D.T.). Please meet promptly at that time at the church in Upper Jeuno. [You are being tested, by the way, on your ability to mobilize upon call, so please treat this time deadline seriously]. We will start the meeting promptly at the time listed.
We will be determining the resources our members. In other words, we will be figuring out member's sky and tavnazia access, their crafts over 60, their jobs over 60, and their subjobs at or over 37. If any members still need sky and tavnazia, we will scedule runs, as necessary.
In addition, we will be talking about how to equip our members in preparation for god and HNM fights, and scheduling teams and parties to get those items. Please bring a list with you of the items you need or want. These items must be from creature drops (whether directly or via craft) or from quests (no coffer or BCNM drops...sorry). In other words, you may have Optical Hat on your list, but not Astral Ring.
Finally, we will be discussing logistics (Tier 1 Bank for money drops, mobilization strategy, reward system, etc.), assigning teams based on job roles (tank line, stun line, support line, damage line, etc.), and figuring out management.
