Highest smither

i was wondering, who's the highest blacksmith in the LS? i'm @ 22 right now working lvling it more, what i really need right now are bronze ingots... i will be making Spathas, since this is the only CHEAPEST and BEST way to lvl up smithing without losing so much Gil. this will take my smithing from 22-25

The ingredients is as follows:
Fire crystal
3x Bronze Ingot
Lizard Skin

so if anyone can provide these, i would be so happy :D
