NQ ring obtained

I spent the 80K in guild points to get my NQ only ring. I was at 105K points and more than halfway towards my signboard but I figured in the long run being able to make NQ cuir items (needed in like 60% of guild item recipes) was a much greater benefit then the 30 days it would take to earn back the points.

I can make NQ items if you need them for recipes and they are not on the AH.

oh this ring is making me alot of gil. I suggest all you leathercrafters out there should get one.

I'm not sure I understand how this item is so great. I could see how maybe using this on a desynthesis if it works that way would make some gil maybe I guess. What are you specifically using the ring to craft?

its not a really great piece, but the jist is to use it when crafting items that dont have an hq for less breaks, i.e poison pots etc.

I was going to do dusk until i noticed the lvl of the synth. I opted to try for a hauby +1 with my damascus ingot I won. But yeah I guess I could see how frustrating hqing an item you need nq could be.

Aihree figured it out. Yes I HQ anywhere from 33-50% on cuir gloves and about 33% on Tiger gloves. Typically without this ring I would end up with about 4 tiger gloves out of a list of the following items: 24 ram leather, 12 beeswax, 12 leather gloves, 12 water crystal, 12 earth crystal, and 12 tiger leather. This can cost about 50-60K if I buy everything off of the AH. 4 gloves selling at 20K each would get me about 80K so I wouldn't be able to make a big profit as compared to 12 gloves selling at 20K each. NQ also helps a huge ammount with GP items because a large portion of leather items need cuir items like body, hands, feet, and legs (head typically is its own thing). Then with GP items I would have to store all the cuir +1s I had made until that item itself was the GP item for the day.
